The data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
- Newsletter: first name, email address, date and proof of your consent.
- Artist accounts (once the artist area is open): name and stage name, email address, bio, photo, links to your videos and social media, applications and availability, login data.
- Audience measurement: if you accept it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics measures pages viewed, visit length and device type.
Tickets are sold by Eventbrite: your purchase data is handled by Eventbrite under its own privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: unsubscribe link in every newsletter, "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Addresses inactive for 3 years are deleted.
- Artist accounts: while the account is active, then 3 years after the last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Google Analytics: 14 months.
Who receives your data
Only the Green Mic team has access, with these technical providers:
- Supabase: database, hosted in the European Union (Ireland).
- Vercel: website hosting (US company).
- MailerLite: newsletter and website emails.
- Google: Google Analytics if you accept it, and Google Maps only if you click to show a map.
When a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses). We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
The website stores your language in a cookie (1 year) and your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics only loads after you agree. See the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use or ask us to limit it. Email greenmiccomedy@gmail.com. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.
Changes
We will update this page if the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
